Backbar Tracker helps salons track backbar products, reorders and product cost per service. Cost figures are estimates based on the prices you enter.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login and for the people you invite to your salon. Owners control who has access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not enter client full names, phone numbers, emails or health information.
• Do not misuse or attempt to break into the service.

4. Your data

You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

5. Billing

• New salons get a free 14-day trial with no card required.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required. The price is shown on the pricing page and Billing screen, billed monthly per salon through Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• If a trial or subscription ends, you can still sign in to export or delete your data.
